Application fields of stress meter

--

The manual quantitative stress meter PSV-413 developed and produced by Suzhou PTC Optical Instrument Co., Ltd.,it is an instrument that applies the principle of polarized light interference to examine the internal stress of glass or the birefringence effect of crystal. Because that instrument is provide with a sensitive colour plate and a 1/4 wave plate compensation method is applied, the internal stress of the glass can be measure qualitatively or semi-quantitatively according to the interference colour order in a polarization field, and the internal stress value of the glass can also be measured accurately and quantitatively.

Manual quantitative stress meter

The manual quantitative stress meter PSV-413 is suitable for measuring the stress value of optical glass, glass products and other optical materials in optical instrument factories, glass factories, glass products factories and laboratories. The specific application fields are as follows:

1. Detection of stress value in ampoules: it is used for polarization measurement of stress value in ampoules of various capacities required by the new version of drug packaging materials;

2. Test of internal stress of medicinal glass bottles: quantitative measurement of internal stress of various glass penicillin bottles, infusion bottles and oral liquid bottles that meet the requirements of the new version of the standard for pharmaceutical packaging materials;

3. Qualitative and quantitative detection of internal stress of glassware: It can be used for qualitative and quantitative measurement of internal stress of various glassware such as wine cups and water cups;

4. Internal stress test of wine bottles: It is widely used in the internal stress test of glass wine containers such as beer bottles, white wine bottles and beverage bottles.
